Travel often and immerse yourself in each experience fully.
Stay present in each moment.
Laugh longer, love harder.
My goal is to give others the resources to live a healthy, active lifestyle, without guilt, regrets, or restriction. I want others to recognize that each journey is unique, self-love is essential, and the value of your life can never be found in the validation of others.
Balance, balance, balance. We will probably never fully achieve it, but with some patience and work we can find an ebb and flow that we cherish, and that will serve us.
